Wash & fold FAQ.

Our minimum is $30, which covers approximately 19 pounds — about two standard laundry baskets. There's no maximum.
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Schedule pickup before 10 AM and you can get same-day return — free, no rush fee.
Never. Every order gets its own dedicated wash and dry cycle. Your sock stays with your sock.
Yes — free. Cold wash only, fragrance-free detergent, no dryer for that one shirt, hang-dry the dress? Add it in the order notes and we follow it to the letter.
Default is warm wash, which is gentle on most fabrics while still hygienic. Need cold or hot specifically? Add a note — no extra charge.
We pre-treat visible stains by default. If something doesn't come out, we'll let you know before drying (heat sets stains permanently). For tough stains, our dry cleaning service often gets them out.
Free pickup throughout ZIPs 11230, 11204, 11210, and 11229. Just outside? Text (347) 312-7060 — we expand the route regularly.
