Same-day pickup if scheduled before 10 AM, otherwise next-day pickup. Choose a 2-hour window between 2pm and 8pm that fits your schedule.
No. Just leave your bag at the door. Driver picks it up, weighs it, sends you a confirmation. Same for delivery.
After delivery. We weigh and confirm price before pickup, but charge only after you receive your laundry back.
